About the Artwork:

The inspiration for this painting came from an early 90s MTV video clip that was set in LA. The exuberant day-glo colors in that clip made a huge impact on this painting and on the many others I’ve completed since then. The green part is actually a skateboard pool, and the image of the whale, is a graffiti that I saw next to my studio, by a famous Israeli street artist called Klone.
